I don't wager much on soccer but I've never seen this before .. Italy -1,-1.5

it means you probably should not be betting soccer ... just kidding,

italy -1, -1.5 means if italy wins by 2 or more goals you win your full amount
if italy wins by one - 1/2 your wager would be a loser and the 1/2 push and returned
if italy draws or losses you would lose all your money.

basically you need italy to win by 2+ to win but you can get 1/2 your money back if italy wins by 1

Basically, whatever amount you wager (or risk), half of it goes on Italy -1 and the other half goes on Italy -1.5
